Activated Carbon Fiber Cloth is third form of activated carbons.
Activated carbon fiber:
Activated carbon fibers (ACF) have distinctly different microporous structures. ACF primarily contains accessible micropores that are exposed to its surface, so it has the characteristics of dynamic and effective adsorption of chemicals. Because of this high performance, ACF can be made into cloth and felt to meet the engineering requirements of specific applications. They are easy to handle, allowing ACF to be used in a variety of filtration applications for a wide range of industrial applications such as solvent recovery, wastewater treatment, water purification and air purification.
