Metal Oxide Catalyst Activated Carbon
Activated carbon has a strong pore structure and a large specific surface area and thermal stability, it has large surface area and could provide highly supported space to load various catalysts in order to increase the effective of catalyzing. There is the advantage with stable structure in high temperature for activated carbon, so its structure and performance could remain stable during the period of various catalyzing activities. Also it is an excellent catalyst carrier and auxiliary catalyst.
Metal oxide catalyst activated carbon is loaded with metal compounds as catalyst. The catalysts loaded with those which include manganese oxide, iron oxide, cobalt oxide, nickel oxide, copper oxide, cuprous oxide, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, etc.
