1. Abnormal Appearance

Equipment Operating Parameters Change

Pressure difference fluctuation: The pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the adsorption tank increases by 50%-80% (normal pressure difference < 200Pa) ‌

Abnormal temperature: the internal temperature of the device increases abnormally by 5-8 ° C (uncontrolled adsorption and heat release).
