According to customs statistics, in August 2019, China's total export volume of activated carbon was 22,300 tons, down 6.06% from the previous month. The export value was 3.427 million US dollars, down 6.21% from the previous month. The average export price was US$1,538/ton, down 0.15% from the previous month. Including 4,256 tons of wood based activated carbon and 18,000 tons of coal based activated carbon and coconut shell activated carbon etc..
Active Carbon Import in August
According to customs statistics, in August 2019, China imported 3,879 tons of activated carbon, with an import value of 1.296 million US dollars, down 20.67% and 18.83% respectively, and the average import price was 3,340 US dollars/ton, up 2.33% from the previous month. Including 1,534 tons of wood activated carbon and 2,345 tons of coal based activated carbon and coconut shell activated carbon etc..
